PCOS Tracker: Symptom Log is provided by Erised Development Ltd.

App licence

Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. We have not adopted a separate custom EULA. This page explains the app and purchase arrangements; it does not replace that licence or limit your mandatory consumer rights.

A diary, not medical advice

PCOS Tracker helps you record and organise information you enter. It does not diagnose, treat, interpret lab results, predict fertility or replace a healthcare professional. Summaries depend on your entries and may be incomplete. Do not use the app to make emergency or treatment decisions. Contact a qualified professional about symptoms and results, and use local emergency services when needed.

Your content

You retain rights to your records. You are responsible for the information you enter and whom you share it with. We do not monitor your diary. Keep independent copies of information important to you; we cannot guarantee that data will never be lost. Our privacy policy explains storage, optional integrations and deletion limitations.

Free and Plus features

Core logging, history, cycle and symptom summaries, appointment questions and one optional daily reminder are free. Plus unlocks PDF and CSV exports and adding lab results with charts for matching units. Previously saved lab results remain readable if Plus ends.

Subscriptions, trials and lifetime

Plus is offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices, currencies and any applicable trial are displayed in the app and Apple's purchase sheet before confirmation. A trial is available only where Apple determines you are eligible.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. If a trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled; cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid a charge. You can manage or cancel through Apple's subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Lifetime is a non-consumable, one-time unlock of this app's Plus features, not a recurring subscription. It does not promise perpetual operation of the app, support for every future device or access to unrelated future products. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Restore purchases and refunds

Use Restore Purchases on the Plus screen with the Apple account that made the purchase. Apple processes payments and refund requests. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law; we cannot guarantee approval or issue App Store refunds directly.
